Xenophile Media Creative Director

We are looking for a rock star Interactive Creative Director to join our growing team.    You live and breathe interactive design with an e– folio that demonstrates your work with major studios  in the entertainment field.  This job requires a history of creating original cross platform entertainment.  Your sense of story and character development is well demonstrated with a portfolio of original media properties.  Your entertainment expertise is well known.  You are driven to excel in a rich media environment.   You have the big ideas and enjoy leading interactive writers, designers and the technical team in developing them.  You possess strong communication skills and work well within a team.   You have significant knowledge of emerging trends.

Your responsibilities are to lead interactive creative teams.  You will oversee and provide assistance in the creation of development materials and production materials for our entertainment clients and our own IP’s.   You have 5+ years with direct interactive design experience with proven and solid design experience.  Strong people management and motivational skills are a given.   Ability to mentor, inspire and provide leadership to the interactive creative teams motivates you.
